This agreement, made between Greenberg & Lieberman, LLC and __________________, hereinafter known as Prospective Client, memorializes the terms under which Prospective Client will provide to Greenberg & Lieberman, LLC information and material relating to his/her invention, name/logo, and/or work of authorship for the purpose of evaluation and/or application. Greenberg & Lieberman, LLC hereby agrees and promises, under penalty of law, that any and all such information and material submitted to it by Prospective Client shall be maintained in strict confidence pursuant to the attorney-client privilege.
